Brush your Boo’s coat first. Dilute the concentrated shampoo 1:4 with water and wet the coat. Work into a rich lather from neck to tail, gently massage and leave on for five minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed for extra softness. Avoid eyes and inside ears. Towel dry.

My family and I absolutely loved the shampoo. Shadow's coat had a very nice shine and softness to it. He already has a lot of hair, the shampoo however gave his coat a nice volume. The fragrance is the right amount of strong that is needed from a dog shampoo. 1 week post his grooming and Shadow's coat still feels soft.

We have tried the Long Coat Shampoo (sulphate free) which we love.. it cleans well, and leaves Ninja's coat beautifully soft and shiny - and it stays that way! The citrusy fragrance is another win, it's fresh and lovely, without being overpowering.

Some hair fall is normal, and double-coated breeds shed heavily with the seasons. Hydrolysed rice protein and provitamin B5 strengthen strands and reduce breakage, and regular brushing removes loose undercoat before it mats. Sudden, patchy or unusual hair loss should be checked by a vet.

How should I bathe a long-coated dog?

Brush out tangles first, because water tightens mats. Dilute 1:4 with water and work the lather down to the skin, not just the top coat. Rinse until the water runs clear, since residue trapped in a dense coat can irritate skin. Then dry the coat fully, right down to the skin.

Does it work for double coats like Huskies and German Shepherds?

Yes. It is formulated for long and dense coats, including double coats. Part the coat as you wash so the diluted shampoo reaches the undercoat and skin.
