Brush the coat first. Dilute shampoo 1:4 with water and wet the coat. Lather and massage from neck to tail, leave on for five minutes. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed. Avoid eyes and inside ears. Towel dry.

Super gentle shampoo

I'm extremely selective about what I use on my dog - but had complete trust in this one because of the transparent ingredients and knowing Nancy would never recommend anything but the best quality. It smells fresh, didn't make Google itchy, and left him smelling like a baby! ????

Great shampoo

The shampoo cleans much better than the organic/natural ones. Panty's coat is much softer & smoother and shedding is considerably lesser post bath too. Also, I really like the fragrance

Super soft coat

The shampoo was really easy to use, lathered nicely and I didn't need much. It cleaned Bandit well without irritating her between her toes or around her intimate areas, and my hands felt great too! The scent was pleasant and light, and her coat is still incredibly soft — I feel like the softness is lasting longer than with other shampoos.

My dog keeps scratching. Will this help?

Colloidal oatmeal soothes dry, sensitive skin, and a gentle, pH-balanced wash avoids the stripping that can leave skin tight and uncomfortable. Persistent scratching, redness, sores, hair loss or a strong smell can signal infection, parasites or allergy. Those need a vet; a shampoo is not a treatment.

Why do I dilute it?

The formula is concentrated. Diluting 1:4 with water spreads it evenly through the coat to the skin and rinses out cleanly, so each bottle lasts more washes.

Can I use human shampoo on my dog instead?

It isn't recommended. Human shampoo is made for human skin, which is more acidic than a dog's. Using it regularly can dry out and irritate canine skin. A dog shampoo formulated for canine skin pH is the gentler choice.
