Do I need the serum or a shampoo?

Shampoo cleans at bath time. The serum stays on the skin between baths, for dry or sensitive patches. To use both, bathe with the shampoo that suits your dog's coat, let the coat dry, then spray the serum onto clean skin.

Can I use it on my dog's face?

No. Avoid the face and snout. Part the fur and spray onto the body, where you can massage it in.

My dog has hot spots or open sores. Can I use it?

See a vet first. Hot spots, broken skin and infections need diagnosis and treatment. The serum is cosmetic care for dry, sensitive skin, not a treatment.
